Role Description
Part-time Retail Operations Assistant or Specialist role supporting smooth and efficient day-to-day retail operations.
Support store activities, operational standards, and a consistent positive customer experience.
Work with store teams, supervisors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Support inventory management, monitor stock levels, and assist with product replenishment.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Assist with sales and operational reporting and identify discrepancies.
- Support promotional activities and help resolve operational issues.
- Maintain store standards and follow company procedures.
- Contribute to process improvements, efficiency, and retail performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of inventory management, stock control, and retail operations.
- Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and manage operational documentation.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, POS systems, or other retail software.
