Role Description
Support and enhance modern workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and digital employee experiences.
Help employees work efficiently, securely, and collaboratively through reliable digital tools and workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital workplace platforms, collaboration tools, productivity applications, and end-user technologies.
- Manage, configure, and optimize workplace applications and services.
- Provide technical support and guidance while resolving workplace technology issues.
- Support cloud-based workplace environments, user access, device management, and digital collaboration solutions.
- Follow security, access-control, compliance, and data-protection practices.
- Monitor platform performance, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with IT, security, business, and other stakeholders to deliver digital workplace solutions.
- Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
- Support technology upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and adoption initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve employee productivity.
Qualifications
- Degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
