Overview
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to optimize sales and tailor the buying approach to local markets.
The role involves providing local market expertise, conducting price and competitor analysis, and managing stock deliveries and allocations.
What you'll be doing
- Provide local market expertise and knowledge of clients’ specificities at store level, both international and locals.
- Conduct price and competitor analysis to share with HO team.
- Manage stock deliveries and allocations.
- Analyze the performance of all products at the region and store level.
- Derive action plan to push and optimize Sell through working closely with all support teams.
- Work with allocator on consolidation, or recalls.
- Training of local teams on products at the beginning and throughout the season.
- Discussion with the sales team on Sale through, sales performance.
- Propose local actions to optimize Sell through.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Over 5 years’ experience in Retail merchandising or collection merchandising in a fashion brand.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
