Studio Assistant Trainee (Emiratisation)

Coordinate the daily movement of products across styling, photography and copy sets.

Organize and prepare products before and after shoots across tabletop and model sets.

Support sample call-ins, product returns and stock movements, helping resolve product-related issues as they arise.

Communicate with model agencies, including sourcing suitable options, coordinating availability and confirming bookings.

Assist with daily shoot schedules, monitor production progress and flag potential delays or operational risks.

Conduct studio site walks and identify imagery, copy or product presentation issues requiring follow-up.

Support image quality control (QC) and the accurate upload of approved imagery to internal platforms.

Maintain studio trackers, shoot schedules, product requests and operational documentation.

Support the team in keeping studio workflows running efficiently and in line with agreed timelines and standards.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

UAE National with a Family Book.

A background in creative studies, photography or styling is an advantage, but not essential.

A genuine interest in fashion, luxury retail, photography, styling, e-commerce or creative production .

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A collaborative mindset and confidence working with different teams, including Styling, Photography, Production, Copy and Catalogue.

A proactive and hands-on approach

Flexibility, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
