You’ll inspire our Sales and Beauty Advisors to be confident to help someone find the perfect shade (or shades) of cosmetics, discover a new scent, set them up with a skincare ritual, or even just showing them where their fave products are stocked, you’ll make our team members feel supported, welcome, and set them up for success.

About the role
