As a Cashier, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and maintaining an efficient checkout experience for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Follow all cash handling and security procedures
- Support store merchandising and stocking tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2–3 years of experience in the retail industry
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy
- Reliable, honest, and punctual
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluency in Arabic; English skills preferred

- Ras Al Khor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
