Retail Automotive Upseller And Cross-seller :-
Car Habibi, Dubai’s leading car accessories and wrapping brand, seeks a highly driven Retail Upseller/Cross-seller to join our team.
The role focuses on consulting with customers, maximizing order value, and driving add-on sales.
You must have excellent communication and convincing skills to transform standard inquiries into comprehensive builds and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Role:-
- Engage with walk-in customers and those already in the showroom for standard services.
- Understand their specific vehicle needs and proactively introduce premium products, performance parts, or aesthetic enhancements that elevate their driving experience.
- You are expected to convince the customer to increase their order value by suggesting relevant add-on sales available in the showroom.
- Once the sale is complete, you are expected to maintain a good relationship with the customer for long-term loyalty as referrals are a big part of our business.
- To summarise - you will be taking care of the entire **upsell journey** from the time the customer walks in to the time you close the higher-value deal.
- Strong communication with fluent English is a must and fluent Hindi is a plus point.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Ensure 100% of retail customers are offered an upgrade or add-on product during their visit.
- Analyse client needs and qualify them for higher-tier services or comprehensive build packages.
- Accountable for increasing Average Order Value (AOV), hitting cross-selling/up-selling targets, and customer retention.
- Plan and forecast sales targets through techniques like consultative pitching leading to a concrete revenue pipeline.
- Handling all walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and selling available products.
- Highly motivated individual with proven ability to achieving and exceeding targets.
- Team work makes the dream work. So team coordination is a must.
