- Open and close restaurant shifts
- Manage daily cash handling and cash register procedures

- Handle guest complaints and ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee delivery operations and order flow
- Monitor cleanliness standards and steward schedules
- Control inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies
- Maintain and follow cleaning checklists
- Work with Syrve POS system
Requirements
- Russian speaking candidate
- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or similar hospitality role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with SevenRooms and Syrve is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
