About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Welcome and interact with guests, ensuring personalised and attentive service
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
- Lead the service team during shifts, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination
- Allocate sections and duties to waiters and ensure efficient table coverage
- Provide on the job coaching, guidance, and support to team members
- Oversee restaurant setup, mise en place, and closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with sequence of service and brand SOPs
- Monitor cleanliness, grooming standards, and overall restaurant presentation
- Support reservation flow, seating plans, and table management during service
- Assist in inventory control and daily operational checks where required
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or high end restaurants
- Strong background in Food & Beverage service standards
- Experience in guest facing leadership roles in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or high end restaurants
