Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant and café operations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café products.
• Train and guide service staff on food service standards and customer care.
• Manage reservations, customer inquiries, and guest complaints professionally.
• Coordinate and support indoor and outdoor catering events.
• Assist in event planning, setup, execution, and post-event activities.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Handle cashiering duties, billing, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock requirements with management.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support sales initiatives and promote restaurant offerings to increase revenue.
• Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or Senior Barista.
• Hands-on experience in coffee preparation and café operations.
• Experience handling cashiering and POS systems.
• Experience managing events, catering functions, or private gatherings is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
