- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all outlets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff.
- Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations.
- Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Control costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial reports and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably with multi unit management
- Experience in Italian or premium casual dining concepts is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Kitchen management, menu planning and opening experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- UAE/GCC experience preferred

Job Description

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multi unit operations, ensuring high service standards, driving sales and business performance across all outlets.
