Role Overview

Requirements

• At least two to three years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role is required.
• Strong sales maximization and sales target achievement experience is required.
• Excellent staff management and team leadership skills are required.
• Hands-on order handling and restaurant operations experience is required.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are required.
• The candidate must manage staff schedules, daily tasks, and performance.
• The candidate must work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Immediate joining is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff during daily operations.
• Monitor and maximize sales and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and efficient order taking and handling.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain service standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Coordinate kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
• Prepare and monitor daily sales and operational reports.
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
