Commis Chef position in the Kitchen / Food & Beverage department.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauces, and other food items.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
