Job Overview
Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations team in Dubai.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within high-end restaurant groups.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SevenRooms reservation system operations, configuration, and optimization.
- Fluent in English.
- Currently based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant reservations using the SevenRooms system.
- Provide excellent customer service over the telephone.
