About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team throughout the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Management and Reception teams to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
• Ensure all service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines are consistently followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Support the training and development of Waiters and other service team members.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions.
• Assist management with maintaining the energy and service standards of the venue throughout the evening.

Job requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waitress, Senior Waitress, or similar role within a high-end restaurant, luxury hospitality, or nightlife environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polished, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays .
