A prestigious food and restaurant sector company is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager.
The role supports operations across multiple branches and focuses on operational performance and service quality.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in operations and branch management.
- Proven experience managing and operating more than seven branches.
- Ability to lead teams and achieve operational performance indicators.
- Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, analyze performance, and develop improvement plans.
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or café sectors is preferred depending on the company activity.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise operational activities across all branches.
- Monitor branch-manager performance and ensure policy and procedure implementation.
- Improve operational quality and enhance performance efficiency.
- Track operational and financial key performance indicators.
- Develop continuous improvement plans to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
