Role Overview
Lead central kitchen and multi-branch restaurant operations for Chic Boy Inasal Restaurant.
Maintain high-quality standards while improving business performance and operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant branches and the central kitchen.
- Manage, supervise, motivate, coach, and develop employees, branch managers, supervisors, and management teams.
- Ensure branches are properly staffed and monitor attendance, schedules, productivity, discipline, and performance.
- Maintain standards for customer service, food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and restaurant presentation.
- Visit branches, identify operational problems and improvement areas, and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures and ensure consistent compliance across branches.
- Improve workflows, service speed, employee productivity, customer experience, and business processes.
- Monitor food costs, labor costs, wastage, inventory, cash handling, and other operational expenses.
- Work with branch managers, kitchen teams, supervisors, and other departments.
- Analyze branch performance and identify ways to increase sales and profitability.
- Monitor customer feedback, conduct operational audits, and prepare reports for management.
- Support training, new systems, promotions, operational strategies, and compliance with food safety and health regulations.
