Role Overview
The role combines digital marketing expertise with data-driven business analysis.
The analyst will manage digital campaigns, social media, creative content, food delivery platforms, and commercial performance analysis.
Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts and develop monthly content calendars.
- Create content, captions, campaigns, promotions, and social media concepts.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, conversions, trends, and algorithm changes.
Creative Content
- Design social media posts, promotional materials, banners, menus, and campaign creatives.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create marketing materials.
- Work with operations and marketing teams on content for products, promotions, branches, and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
Paid Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, testing, and optimization.
