Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Strong background in casual or fine dining concepts ( e.g. Steak house, Applebee’s , P.F. Chang's, Texas Roadhouse , etc. )
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant software
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage P&L and control food and operational costs
- Lead, train, and motivate staff
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Pay: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
