Role Overview
A regional hospitality group is hiring Restaurant Managers for its Dubai operations.
The role has primary authority over restaurant operations and is responsible for efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Job Profile
- At least 10 years of experience managing restaurant operations is required.
- Candidates should have a good command of Arabic and English.
- Extensive hospitality management experience is preferred.
- A neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance is expected.
- Strong customer service, management, and leadership skills are required.
- Experience specializing in Lebanese food is preferred.
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and supervise all departments.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and kitchen management on operational developments and efficiency.
- Analyze daily reports covering sales, service, food cost, and administration.
- Follow up on daily operations to maintain smooth workflow and communication.
Guest Experience
- Manage customer requests and anticipate guest needs.
