Marketing Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing and communications activities according to the marketing plan.
• Coordinate marketing activities to generate leads and support sales.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports from sales data.
• Develop marketing strategies, plans, objectives, promotional presentations, and calendars.
• Provide sales staff with sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and product information.
• Monitor budgets against actual results, plans, and forecasts.
• Manage social media accounts, calendars, activations, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Plan events and coordinate related activities with the relevant internal teams.
• Allocate and coordinate influencers and bloggers, including associated budgets.
• Prepare biweekly social media and weekly marketing and events calendar reports.
• Participate in menu engineering, tastings, and concept development.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
