- Lead, train, and supervise staff while fostering teamwork, professionalism, and high morale
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain HR compliance, including leave/public holiday tracking via Bayzat
- Oversee sales, expenses, and profitability, ensuring accurate reporting
- Manage inventory, ordering, wastage control, and supplier coordination
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, EFST requirements, and mall guidelines
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, reservations, and service recovery
- Coordinate maintenance, service providers, and store cleanliness
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and brand visibility
- Implement operational improvements and maintain awareness of competitors
- Participate in training, development, and weekly management reviews
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Arabic language proficiency (Preferred)
- Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi before starting
