- Lead and supervise the hot kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Prepare, cook, and present hot dishes with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
- Develop and update menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to maintain innovation and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet service goals and customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen area
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues related to food quality or presentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Hot kitchen chef: 6 years (Preferred)

Position Summary
