Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead, organize, and motivate waiters, runners, host/hostess, and other floor staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Welcome guests and professionally handle special requests, complaints, and feedback.
- Monitor table allocation, reservations, seating, and service flow.
- Ensure orders are served correctly, efficiently, and on time.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and management team.
- Conduct staff briefings before each shift and assign sections and responsibilities.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, discipline, and performance.
- Train staff on service standards, menu knowledge, upselling, and customer interaction.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, table presentation, and overall floor appearance.
- Monitor busy periods and immediately resolve operational or service issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar position.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and front-of-house operations.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
- Ability to manage shifts, staff schedules, and floor organization.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in Lebanese/Arabic restaurants, cafés, or shisha restaurants is an advantage.
- Previous experience in Qatar/GCC is preferred.
