Role Overview
Lead enterprise data, reporting, and analytics strategy for large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations.
Provide executive-level direction and practical oversight for Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and Fusion Data Intelligence reporting and analytics.

Enterprise Data and Reporting Strategy
- Define enterprise data and reporting strategy across Oracle ERP, EPM, FDI, OAC, data warehouses, data lakes, and third-party business intelligence platforms.
- Set reporting standards and KPI definitions and lead legacy reporting rationalization, simplification, and migration.
Oracle Reporting and Analytics
- Lead adoption of Oracle FDI, including Fusion pipelines, subject areas, semantic models, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards.
- Direct use of OTBI, BI Publisher, Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, FDI, and OAC for transaction, regulatory, and enterprise analytics.
- Design AI-augmented solutions with predictive forecasts, anomaly detection, prescriptive recommendations, and AI governance.
Executive Advisory and Programs
- Advise finance, information technology, controllership, FP&A, operations, and program leaders on reporting architecture and tool choices.
- Lead the reporting and analytics workstream for global, multi-module Oracle programs and coordinate dependencies across finance, data, integrations, and testing.
Controls and Integrity
- Ensure reporting solutions meet internal-control, audit, regulatory, reconciliation, and data-traceability requirements.
- Align FDI and analytics outputs with general-ledger and subledger reporting and collaborate with internal audit and risk teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead and coach managers, consultants, and offshore teams and establish delivery standards and scalable reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to enterprise methodologies, accelerators, and thought leadership for Oracle reporting, analytics, and AI-based financial intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or Oracle financial-systems transformation.
- Deep Oracle Cloud ERP reporting and Oracle Financials expertise, including OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Practical leadership experience with Oracle FDI and/or OAC and knowledge of current platform capabilities and roadmaps.
- Proven enterprise data-strategy, architecture-integration, executive-advisory, AI-analytics, and global Oracle-program delivery experience.
- Experience in a Big Four consulting firm and strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- English proficiency is required for regular interaction with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
Compensation
- The annual base salary range stated for British Columbia, Ontario, and New Brunswick is CAD 99,450 to CAD 209,900.
- Actual compensation may vary based on workplace, role, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
