- Conduct ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions
- Communicate insights and strategic implications to leadership
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define KPIs and measure business performance
- Assist in developing predictive models and forecasting techniques
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, print, and event channels
- Support cross functional teams with insights on product performance and channel effectiveness
Requirements
- Master's degree or MBA with focus on analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- 3+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or similar role
- Knowledge of the compounding pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and market research tools
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and market research methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) and Power BI & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in French and English (oral & written)

The opportunity
- The Business Intelligence Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s commercial strategy by harnessing the power of data to generate insights that drive marketing effectiveness, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Utilize data from various sources including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, as well as external sources such as industry trends and competitor activities.
- Integrate internal and external data from multiple sources, including Power BI, CRM, Teams channels, and market research reports, into a cohesive reporting structure.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in reporting across teams, ensuring a shared understanding of key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Address specific business questions or key projects related to optimizing current strategies through ad hoc analysis.
- Effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and strategic implications to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and provide data driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define KPIs and develop metrics for measuring business performance.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and forecasting techniques to support strategic planning.
- Provide historical trend analysis and forecasting inputs to support annual demand planning, promotional strategies, and portfolio investment decisions.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, print, and event channels to identify performance drivers and opportunities for optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA, with a focus on analytics or business intelligence, data science.
- Three years plus (3+) years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the compounding pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, market research tools, and other data sources relevant to the organization's industry.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and extract actionable insights.
- Experience in leading or managing projects involving data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and market research methodologies.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail‐oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and cross‐functionally.
- Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think critically about business challenges.
