- Manage day to day HRIS operations, ensuring system accuracy, data integrity, and optimal performance across all HR modules
- Monitor, audit, and maintain employee data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve HRIS issues, discrepancies, and system errors in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through system enhancements, automation, and best practices
- Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports; support data analysis to inform HR and business decisions
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to support system updates, implementations, and enhancements
- Provide guidance and support to HR and end users, including training on system functionality and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new implementations, including testing, documentation, and change management support
- Maintain system documentation, process guides, and audit trails to ensure compliance and operational continuity
- Stay current on HRIS trends and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a related analytical role with hands on system administration
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce or similar)
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot system issues, and develop practical solutions
- Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and process consistency
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives
- Solid understanding of core HR functions (employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, compliance)
- Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast paced environment

Role Summary
- The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's HR systems to ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and efficient HR operations.
- In this mid level role, the incumbent partners with HR and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot system issues, analyze data, and optimize processes that support core HR functions.

Qualifications

- 1 3 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a related analytical role, with hands on system administration experience.
- Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Dayforce, or similar), including system configuration and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation); familiarity with HR data structures and integrations.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot system issues, and develop practical, effective solutions.
- Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and process consistency.
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR teams, IT, and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into user friendly language.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of core HR functions (e.g., employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, compliance requirements).
- Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
