Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Several years of experience in system administration
- Excellent mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good understanding of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to make data driven business decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder mobilization skills
- Advanced French and English (spoken and written)

Job Description
- We are looking for a person passionate about infrastructure technologies and systems to fill the role of Product Owner within our system administrator squad.
- This person will act as a liaison between IT, system administration, and development teams to deliver robust and scalable platforms aligned with business priorities.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product roadmap for cloud, automation, and monitoring platforms.
- Develop the roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure regular communication.
- Guide the squad in defining, prioritizing, and managing the backlog.
- Translate operational needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to evolve automation and monitoring tools.
- Define KPIs to evaluate product success and implement measurement mechanisms.
- Identify, document, and communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Several years of experience in system administration.
- Excellent mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Good understanding of Product Owner and Scrum Master roles.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to make data driven business decisions.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mobilize stakeholders.
- Ability to be assertive, prioritize, and explain decisions diplomatically.
- Ability to understand user and development team issues to identify business opportunities.
- Advanced French and English (spoken and written).
