Role Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional
clients using BOF Pay's payment and FX infrastructure.
The role requires a combination of client
service excellence, product knowledge in payments and FX, and a proactive commercial approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients
- Understand clients' payment flows, FX needs, and operational requirements to propose
- tailored solutions
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and wallet share growth within the existing client base
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across BOF Pay's product suite
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, and technology teams to resolve client issues

- Monitor client activity, volumes, and profitability, flagging risks or opportunities to management
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to BOF Pay's platform
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in relationship management within payments, FX, or transaction
- banking
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, SWIFT, FX products, and treasury
- operations
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in a B2B financial services context
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with compliance and AML frameworks relevant to payment operations
- Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage

Salary
10,000 – 15,000 AED per month + Commissions
