About the Role

Responsibilities
- Create, develop and maintain detailed short , medium and long term manpower plans in alignment with flight scheduling and operations needs
- Perform simulations and scenario analysis to optimize manpower cost while ensuring best allocation of resources
- Identify and analyze manpower data, trends and business drivers to identify medium and long term resourcing plans
- Periodically review and update medium/long term planning to ensure staff compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Collaborate with Finance department in defining and validating manpower budget
- Track and define KPIs to create reports to management on manpower resourcing and budgeting
- Plan and publish manpower rosters to provide timely communications to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Performance Managers by timely communicating disciplinary/training/medical issues
- Highlight to management risks and potential issues to ensure timely adoption of corrective actions

- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field if with Degree, or minimum 3 years experience if no Degree

Synopsis
