About the Role

- Develop and maintain manpower resource plans aligned with project schedules
- Allocate personnel across multiple projects based on workload and priorities
- Forecast short term and long term manpower needs in coordination with project teams
- Monitor resource availability and utilization to prevent shortages
- Prepare and maintain induction documentation for new personnel
- Update and maintain daily online timesheets
- Prepare and distribute monthly timecards for employees and subcontractors
- Process gate pass applications and site access requirements
- Support project recovery plans and resource leveling activities
- Generate manpower reports and provide resource utilization insights
Requirements
- Experience in manpower planning and resource allocation
- Ability to forecast short term and long term manpower needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
