Resource Planner

Role Purpose

Strategic and Financial Responsibilities

• Review resource efficiency for the assigned section and ensure compliance with fatigue management requirements.
• Maintain staff resourcing, availability, and overtime data accurately.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure overtime is correctly submitted, processed, and paid.
• Coordinate regularly with assigned departments and promote QHSE and information security culture.

Operational Responsibilities

• Create rosters supporting normal and contingency services while meeting operational and maintenance performance requirements.
• Review roster effectiveness, adjust duty arrangements, and escalate issues for management review.
• Prepare rosters for special events, alternate service patterns, emergencies, and degraded operations.
• Integrate mandatory training for shift workers into resource schedules.
• Update staff leave, days-in-lieu quotas, and claims in the Human Resource Integrated System.
