About the Role
Aman Group is seeking a Residential Sales and Administration Coordinator to support the EMEA sales team with CRM management, lead tracking, marketing coordination, and transaction administration.

Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales leads, lead source attribution and associated non disclosure documents
- Schedule calls and meetings between buyer prospects and appropriate Residences Sales Director
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client information, communications, sales activities, next steps and reporting data are accurately recorded.
- Track purchaser progression through ownership entity structuring support, KYC / UBO, due diligence, reservation, contract and closing milestones.
- Liaise between internal sales, design, legal and finance teams, ownership / development teams, architects and external advisors to ensure approved legal and sales documentation are current.
- Coordinate cross jurisdictional workflow across Mozambique and Mauritius and buyer / advisor jurisdictions; escalate legal, tax, structuring, DUAT, compliance or exchange control questions to the correct advisors.
- Prepare corporate and marketing reports, client presentations, investor packets, dashboards and regular management sales reports highlighting pipeline status
- Ensure client documentation, due diligence requirements and closing transaction related records are complete, accurate and maintained in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with contract administration, transaction coordination, document management, version control and controlled use of approved project materials and buyer payment compliance.
- Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for sales activities, client engagements, site visits and marketing initiatives, including coordination with the Developer and on site teams as needed.
- Preparation of monthly sales activity and target candidate lists, travel planning and coordination of buyer site visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum 3 year work experience in real estate sales and marketing, branded residences, hospitality sales, sales operations or contract administration
- Business proficient in English and Portuguese
- Strong organizational and time management skills; self starter able to work with little direct supervision
- Capable of working under pressure with various stakeholders and able to handle multiple tasks in an intense, fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; sensitive to cultural nuances with a positive, engaging and professional presence
- Very high attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in CRM, reporting, due diligence and transaction documentation
- Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable preparing trackers, dashboards, management reports and transaction status summaries

Role
- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Residential Sales and Administration Coordinator, reporting to the Regional Director of Residential Sales – EMEA.
- The role supports the sales team with CRM management, lead tracking, marketing coordination, client relations, and reporting.
- It also oversees administrative and transactional workflows across multiple jurisdictions, including due diligence (KYC/UBO), document control, and coordination with legal and tax advisors to support successful deal closure.
