Resident Experience Manager - Calgary

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related resident-facing role.

Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable planning and facilitating resident events and community initiatives.

Experience with leasing, renewals, or resident retention is an asset.

Familiarity with Yardi Voyager or a comparable property management platform is an asset.

Previous hospitality or guest-services experience is an asset.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
