Hiring: Resident Engineer (Architectural)
We are seeking a highly experienced
Resident Engineer (Architectural)
to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 15 years of experience
- in construction supervision within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience as a
Resident Engineer
- on large-scale residential projects including:
- Residential compounds
- Hotels
- Residential towers
- Strong knowledge of project supervision, site coordination, and construction management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Strong understanding of Saudi building regulations and standards.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
