Responsibilities
- Conduct site and land surveys to support construction activities
- Verify site measurements against approved drawings and specifications
- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks
- Review and verify contractor survey work for accuracy and compliance
- Inspect alignments, levels, and dimensions of completed works
- Prepare survey reports, as built drawings, and maintain survey records
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, project specifications, and HSE standards
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- UAE engineering consultancy experience is mandatory
- Currently based in the UAE
- Proven experience in building projects
- Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and authority requirements
- High accuracy and attention to detail
