Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for Cisco ACI and Nexus Dashboard (ND/NDO).
- Troubleshoot APIC, leaf/spine, EPGs, VRFs, BDs, and contracts.
- Operate ND/NDO for monitoring, analytics, automation, and Multi‑Site.
- Coordinate with OpenStack/OpenShift/Telco Cloud teams for VNF/CNF connectivity.
- Handle incidents, changes, RCA, and ITIL processes.
- Monitor fabric health using Nagios, ND Insights, and APIC.
- Support upgrades, patches, and fabric expansion.
- Maintain diagrams, baselines, SOPs, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years in data center networking and ACI operations.
- Strong hands‑on experience with ACI, APIC, and leaf/spine.
- Proficient with ND/NDO for operations and Multi‑Site.
- Solid L2/L3, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, EVPN knowledge.
- Experience integrating ACI with OpenStack/OpenShift or VMware.
- Strong troubleshooting using CLI, APIC GUI, ND Insights.
- Familiar with Nagios/Grafana; automation (Ansible/Python) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNP Data Center or ACI/Nexus Dashboard Specialist.
- Experience with Multi‑Site, Multi‑Pod, or Service Graphs.
- Exposure to ND Insights, Assurance, and Orchestrator.
- Understanding of micro‑segmentation and service chaining.
- ITIL Foundation preferred.
