We are offering two positions for a 3-years residency programme in veterinary diagnostic imaging leading to the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (small animal biased track).
The residency is based in the Veterinary Hospital “I Portoni Rossi” (Zola Predosa, Bologna, Italy), but the required alternative species training will be performed at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, The University of Edinburgh (Edinburgh, Scotland).
Facility includes 128-slice CT, 1.5 T MRI, two ultrasound rooms, digital radiography and digital fluoroscopy, in a modern working environment with a varied caseload and excellent multidisciplinary support.
The residency are supervised by a group of radiologists, the programme director is Swan Specchi.
The position will be available from January 2027 and the application closing date is October 9th, 2026.

Minimum qualifications for entry into residency programme:
Candidates are expected to provide a letter of intention, a complete resume and two reference letters.
A personal interview will be performed on a short list of selected candidates.
These positions are sponsored by Antech Imaging Services (AIS).
Funding is provided to the clinic by AIS for the cost of the resident position with a three years commitment to work full time for AIS upon completion of residency training and achievement of diplomate status.
