Role Overview
Reservations Supervisor position within the Reservations team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard.
Oversees reservation processing, inventory control, guest service, booking channels, and revenue-supporting activities.
Coordinates with Revenue Management, Sales, Events, and Front Office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily reservations and ensure accurate processing across booking channels.
- Monitor inventory, availability, reservation status, pricing strategies, restrictions, and controls.
- Manage group bookings, rooming lists, guest profiles, billing instructions, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Respond to guest and partner inquiries and support service recovery.
- Guide, train, and coach Reservations Agents.
- Review pickup, forecast, and activity reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate arrivals, room allocation, VIP handling, and special requests with Front Office.
- Maintain IHG standards, hotel policies, data accuracy, and reservation procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
