The Reservations Specialist handles high volumes of sales and service queries accurately, impartially, courteously, and efficiently.
Queries are handled through telephone, fax, and email.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum one year of reservations experience in a luxury five-star hotel is required.
- Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are required.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is required.
- The candidate should be highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities

- Respond to guest queries through telephone, fax, and email.
