Role Overview
The Maison Host role supports Front Office, Guest Relations, and Concierge functions.
The role requires an energetic, creative, and guest-focused approach.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities
- Manage Front Office activities including reception, guest check-in and check-out, rooming, foreign exchange, and guest enquiries.
- Oversee Guest Relations activities to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Personally greet VIP guests and work to create repeat and VIP guests.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Oversee and direct Concierge activities to achieve high satisfaction for current and future guests.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of experience in a receptionist or guest service position in Front Office is required.
- Experience in an international five-star hotel with more than 300 rooms is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OPERA PMS is required.
