The Reservations Agent joins the Reservations Department at Jumeirah Group.
The role manages guest reservation correspondence, calls, booking details, and reservation changes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to reservation emails within less than 24 hours and prioritize current or same-month correspondence.
- Answer calls within three rings using proper greetings and applicable service standards.
- Collect guest contact, travel, preference, special occasion, repeat-guest, and passport information during booking.
- Update reservation details accurately in Opera.
- Use professional email and telephone etiquette.
- Review reservation correspondence for special instructions and requests and share them with relevant departments.
- Communicate new bookings, cancellations, and additional information to relevant departments.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills are required for clear, courteous, and professional guest interactions.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
