Answer phone calls and complete passenger bookings in a timely and effective manner.
Rearrange, cancel, add and cap flights as well as move passengers within computer system and notify the appropriate company personnel and passengers.
Perform data verification of medical warrants in the Skyline program and in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
Provide effective and efficient problem solving of issues arising with passengers and/or their flights.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and liaise with other company departments.
High school diploma.
Experience in reservation, sales (or marketing department); call centre; or another relevant role.
Fluency in or working knowledge of the Dene/Cree languages is considered an asset.
Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Value teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative, customer-focused culture.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The rate of pay for this role starts at $20.00 per hour.
