A certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to four years of progressive experience in Human Resources administration, supporting a wide range of HR programs and services.
Experience working with HRIS/HRMS platforms, maintaining employee records and administering employee data.
Strong knowledge of office administration practices, with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide outstanding service to employees and external stakeholders.
