• What You'll Be Up To: • Master of Reservations: Keep our reservations inbox in shipshape and smoothly handle bookings from third-party agents, with an eye for detail and a heart for service. • Create Personalised Magic: You’ll work directly with our guests, answering questions and fulfilling special requests to make their stay unique and unforgettable. • Group & VIP Coordinator: Work with tour operators and conference delegates, ensuring group bookings are as fun and easy as a water slide ride! • Smooth Check-In Support: Partner with our Front Office Team to make sure every check-in and check-out is seamless. Think of yourself as the first wave of excitement in our guests’ stay! • Travel Agent Hero: Be the go-to contact for travel agents and handle last-minute booking requests like a pro.
