If you’re organised, detail-focused and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Behind every great kitchen is great organisation. In this role, you’ll support the Kitchen Administration Coordinator with the day-to-day administration that keeps our kitchens stocked, organised and operating efficiently. From updating inventory and stock transfers to assisting with production and requisitions, you’ll play an important part in keeping everything on track. What You’ll be doing:
• Assisting with updates to kitchen production, spoilage, transfers, requisitions and stock levels
• Confirming completed production items in the SAP inventory system
• Completing stock transfers between kitchen outlets and the F&B Warehouse when required
• Assisting with reviewing and maintaining accurate par levels and stock quantities in SAP
• Creating manual requisitions for requirements not captured through the MRP function, including events and special requirements
• Working with Inventory and Purchasing Controllers to provide updates on recipes and par levels for system updates
