Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and friendly service across multiple communication channels.
• Process room reservations for leisure, group, tour, and FIT segments.
• Manage email, telephone, and reservations voicemail communications.
• Produce daily reports, audit reservations, and update records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Accounting teams.
• Handle multiple priorities and assist across reservation segments as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse clientele.
• Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer service orientation with empathy and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including split shifts and varied days off.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, resilience, and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous reservations, sales, or hospitality industry experience.
• Familiarity with Opera Property Manager System or a Central Reservations System.
• Knowledge of reservations and revenue management principles.
• Arabic and English language capabilities are preferred for the UAE market.
• Hotel or resort experience.
