- Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring accurate information is recorded
- Promote Tattu’s offerings, keeping guests informed about upcoming events and experiences
- Maintain close coordination with the service team, ensuring all guest requests are met
- Assist in analyzing reservation data, helping the team optimize bookings and availability
- Support the Reservations Manager in any administrative duties related to booking systems
Requirements
- Experience in reservations or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple booking inquiries efficiently
- Proficiency in reservation systems and data management
