About the Role
dnata Travel Group is seeking a front-line Reservation Sales Agent to provide superior travel services, sell airline tickets and travel products, and convert inquiries into ticketed sales.

Responsibilities
- Provide highest standard of customer service to all clients
- Offer products, services, and loyalty programs contracted by dnata Travel
- Maximize sales/consultation opportunity to cross sell/upsell relevant auxiliary products
- Make travel related reservations and issue tickets complying with airline/hotel rules
- Inform customers about mandatory requirements such as passport, visa, health, and insurance
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients
- Adhere to dnata service standards and internal audit standards
- Ensure all revenue documents are correctly reported on a daily basis
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent), prefer University degree in Travel and Tourism or related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of geography and arithmetic
- Excellent interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Airline Reservation systems
- Strong verbal and written English

In This Role, You Will
- Provide the highest standard of customer service to all clients whether Retail, Government, or Corporate.
- Offer products, services, and loyalty programs contracted by dnata Travel.
- Maximize the sales/consultation opportunity to cross sell/upsell any relevant auxiliary product.
- Make travel related reservations and issue tickets to clients.
- Inform customers about mandatory requirements covering their journeys.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
- Adhere to all set standards of DSS and internal audit standards.
- Read, assimilate and implement all changes to dnata front or back office system.
- Ensure all revenue documents issued are correctly reported on a daily basis.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent), Prefer a University degree in Travel and Tourism or a related discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of geography and arithmetic.
- Excellent interpersonal ability, telephone and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Airline Reservation systems.
- English: Strong verbal and written English is mandatory.
