Operational Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts, monthly reports, statistical reports, and occupancy forecasts.
• Maintain accurate guest booking records and corporate account information.
• Review guest history and special instructions before creating guest folios.
• Maintain accurate hotel occupancy and room availability information.
• Manage overbooking, discounts, and corporate rates according to company policy.
• Supervise and delegate work to reservation associates.

People and Financial Management

• Support the team in delivering efficient services and resolving customer queries.
• Ensure team training on safety provisions.
• Identify cost-effective resource use and educate the team accordingly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Guest Services within hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Additional languages are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and booking platforms.
• Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, time management, data entry, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of revenue management and upselling techniques.
